WARN SINNERS
By Greg Hooker
The Christians greatest enemies, the World, Flesh, and the Devil, don’t want to hear the truth. The truth is the last thing on their minds, but when we preach it we become their enemies. Paul said this:
“Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?” - Galatians 4:16
Many Christians like to tip-toe around the truth of Gods Word. They fear of being rejected and made fun of. Jesus made the following statement:
“If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.” - John 15:18
Christ suffered way beyond our imagination and He warned His disciples the same would happen to them when they herald the truth of Gods Word. The question we must ask ourselves: is it worth it? The answer is a resounding YES!
The world, flesh, and the Devil must hear the truth even though they don’t want to. Sugar coating must come to an end. The watered-down Gospel must cease. The lukewarm Church must rise above all that is evil and stand strong and resolute, especially during these last days.
Lost people are closer to an eternity without Christ more today than ever. Their time is running out. Their chances to be saved are few. If we fail them by withholding the Gospel message that can offer eternal life, we don’t deserve to be called “Christian”, or Christ-like.
So tell as many as possible of the truth found only in Gods Word. Don’t let a day go by without reaching out to them and sharing the Gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, Gods Son. Their eternal destiny depends on it.
